Registration Instructions
Instructions about the Registration Process will be announced.
Registrations will be done online through https://register2.keystone-conferences.com/home-page. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. An one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process. The whole process is very easy to use, secure, and can be completed in a few minutes.
Step 3: Registration Process
Begin the registration Process. Click on Register/Book at ΕΑΑΑΙ/ΕΑΝΝ 2025 of the Conference List.
Step 4: Create Order
Choose your payment method at the last step of the Registration Process and complete the online payment for a valid registration
* In case you register for more than one papers, please, contact with Dr. Antonios Papaleonidas at papaleon@civil.duth.gr, to declare the title of the papers that you made the registrations.

Notes
* According to the conference policy, AT LEAST ONE FULL registration for each accepted paper should be made in time for inclusion of the paper in the SPRINGER proceedings. Student registration is not eligible for paper publication, and that is why it is not available during the early / paper registration period. Participants who need to combine Full and Student registration at a single registration/payment during the early period can contact AIAI 2026 organizers for manual registration adjustments. |
** Maximum one additional paper for each full registration. Additional paper registration should match the name of the full registration, and the same person should present both papers – attend the conference. |
All FULL registrations include: Access to all conference sessions, conference material, electronic conference proceedings, daily coffee/lunch breaks, Welcome Reception, Excursion and Gala event. * Student registrations do not include Excursion and Gala Dinner event. |
Participants who will attend the conference remotely will receive all material (proceedings, certifications, invoices) electronically, and they will have full electronic access to all conference sessions and to the conference’s audio–visual repository. Full support and remote registration desk access will be provided to all remote participants. Technical details will be announced several weeks before the conference. |
Extras Over-length Fee: Papers that will exceed the 14 pages limit will still be able to publish their manuscript, with an additional charge of 100 euros for each extra page (the 15th page is considered as the first over-length page). |
Registration changes
Registration type changes from Remote to Physical or from Physical to Remote are possible based on the availability of hybrid / remote slots on the conference program.

Cancellations
Cancelation requests should be received before the 8th of May 2026. After that day no cancelation is possible. Registrations that are made after the 7th of May 2026 are not cancelable.
Please note that if you are the sole registered author for a paper and cancel your registration, your paper will not be published.
Bank expenses / administration costs will be deducted by the refunded amount accordingly.
