Regulations<\/h4><p>All authors, who wish to present their <i>innovative<\/i> and <i>high quality<\/i> research work to EAAAI (ex. EANN) Conference, should submit their <b>original paper<\/b> through our <a href=\"https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/EAAAI2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Submission System<strong> &#8220;Microsoft CMT&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p><p>The length of the <b>standard paper<\/b> submission has been now set to <b>14 PAGES<\/b> (with references included).<\/p><p>Authors, who will <strong>exceed the 14 pages limit<\/strong>, will still be able to publish their manuscript, with an additional charge of <strong>100 euros for each extra page<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The <b>minimum <\/b>length of submitted papers must be <b>no less than 8 pages<\/b>. Manuscripts with less than 8 pages long will not be taken into consideration for the Conference and they <b>will immediately be rejected<\/b>.<\/p><p>All papers submitted at EAAAI (ex.EANN) 2026 will be <b>scientifically evaluated<\/b> by a panel of experts. Manuscripts will be reviewed to the international standards by at least <b>2 independent academic reviewers<\/b>.<\/p><hr \/><h4>Types of Accepted Papers<\/h4><div>The accepted papers are divided into 2 different categories:<\/div><ul><li><strong>Full Papers<\/strong><br \/>Full paper will be considered every manuscript that extends from 12 pages and on, with references included (pages <span>\u2265<\/span> 12).<span><\/span><strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Short Papers<br \/><\/strong>As short papers will be published all manuscripts that have length less than 12 pages, with references included (8 <span>\u2264 <\/span>pages<span> &lt;<\/span> 12).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>All accepted papers (Both Full and Short Papers) will be published in the Springer Proceedings.<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p>The EAAAI (ex EANN) 2026 proceedings will be published in the Springer CCIS series.<\/p><hr \/><h4>Presentations<\/h4><p>The Hybrid Conference will provide the authors of all accepted papers multiple presentation methods to accommodate both physical and remote participants, as indicatively outlined below:<\/p><p><strong>Physical (On-site) Participants<\/strong><br \/>Authors attending the Conference on-site may choose between the following presentation formats:<\/p><ul><li><u>Oral Presentations<\/u><ul><li><strong>Short papers:<\/strong> 10\u2032 presentation + 2\u2032 questions (12 minutes total)<\/li><li><strong>Full papers:<\/strong> 12\u2032 presentation + 3\u2032 questions (15 minutes total)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><u>Poster Sessions<\/u><br \/>Poster sessions provide an interactive forum for in-depth discussion with conference attendees. Authors will present their work using a printed poster during dedicated poster sessions, allowing for direct engagement, informal questions, and extended technical exchange with interested participants.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Remote (On-line) Participants<\/strong><br \/>Authors attending remotely may present their work through the following formats:<\/p><ul><li><u>Oral Presentations (Live)<\/u><ul><li><strong>Short papers:<\/strong> 10\u2032 presentation + 2\u2032 questions (12 minutes total)<\/li><li><strong>Full papers:<\/strong> 12\u2032 presentation + 3\u2032 questions (15 minutes total)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">For <strong>all remote oral presentations<\/strong>, authors are required to submit a <strong>pre-recorded back-up video (up to 15 minutes in duration)<\/strong>. This video will be used <em><strong>only in case of technical issues<\/strong><\/em>, such as internet connectivity problems or emergency absence, and <strong>will not replace the live presentation under normal circumstances<\/strong>.<\/li><li><u>Virtual Presentation Sessions (Video Repository)<\/u><br \/>Remote participants who do not present orally may submit a <strong>pre-recorded video presentation (which may exceed 15 minutes)<\/strong>. These videos will be made available through the Conference\u2019s virtual sessions.<br \/>Virtual presentation sessions <strong>do not include live Q&amp;A.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h4>How to submit a contribution<\/h4><ul><li>Create a \u201cMicrosoft CMT\u201d account through<a href=\"https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/EAAAI2026\"> https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/EAAAI2026<\/a>, if you don&#8217;t already have one.<\/li><li>Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email.<br \/>Note: Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.<\/li><li>Log into<a href=\"https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/EAAAI2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span> https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/EAAAI2026<\/span><\/a>, using the login details you provided at the beginning.<\/li><li>Click on <strong>&#8220;Create new submission&#8221;<\/strong> on the top left to enter the submission process.<\/li><li>Select an appropriate track if there is more than one e.g. (Main Event \/ Workshop \u2013 when available)<\/li><li>Go through the guidelines<\/li><li>In the <strong>&#8220;TITLE AND ABSTRACT&#8221;<\/strong> section, fill in the corresponding cells with the Title and the Abstract of the manuscript.<\/li><li>In the <strong>&#8220;AUTHORS&#8221;<\/strong> section, please input details for each author of the paper. Only one author can be marked as the corresponding author of the paper. By default, the corresponding author is the one made the submission. In order to change the corresponding author, just click on the circle in front of the wanted author.<br \/>Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.<\/li><li>In the <strong>&#8220;SUBJECT AREAS<\/strong><strong>&#8220;<\/strong> section, please select 1 primary and up to 3 secondary subject areas among the available scientific fields.<\/li><li>In the <strong>&#8220;FILES&#8221;<\/strong> section, please upload the corresponding file indicated by the helper line under the <strong>&#8220;FILES&#8221;<\/strong> title, by drag and dropping it or by Uploading from Computer. The file should be a PDF file with max size of 50Mb.<\/li><li>In the <strong>&#8220;ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS&#8221;<\/strong> section, please read the <strong>2 questions<\/strong> written and respond to them. The answer to the questions are mandatory by the &#8216;submission form&#8221; and they will help for the better conduction of the conference.<\/li><li>After revising the submission, you may click on the <strong>Submit<\/strong> Button, in order to complete the submission.
