Given the fact that all academic conference activities will take place at the Conference Center of CIHEM MAI.Chania, there is no specific hotel or resort that will be used as a conference accommodation venue.

All participants are free to choose their preferred accommodation based on their own personal needs.

These prices aim to facilitate broader participation, particularly for students and early-career researchers, by reducing overall travel and accommodation costs and making attendance more accessible to a wider academic audience.

Navarria Hotel
3★ Limassol

Located on Limassol waterfront, Navarria Blue Hotel offers affordable accommodations along with sea and mountain views and free Wi-Fi. Leisure facilities such as an outdoor pool, tennis court and table tennisare also available. Each of the contemporary rooms is fitted with air conditioning, mini fridge upon request and satellite TV. Guests can enjoy stunning sea and mountain views from their balconies. Navarria is within driving distance to Amathunda ruins and 2.8 mi from the city center of Limassol. We have secured special accommodation rates at Limassol hotels for all conference participants. To take advantage of these rates, simply complete your registration and book your accommodation through the Conference Online Registration Form (click here).

Please note that June is peak season in Limassol, and as the number of rooms reserved is limited, bookings will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

To ensure availability, we recommend making your booking by 15/4/2025.

After this date, it will still be possible to book via the online form; however, the rooms reserved for the Conference will be released to the general public, and both availability and pricing will be subject to current conditions.

The accommodation rates will apply for any participant that would like to extend his/her stay beyond the Conference dates.

Payment to Keystone Conferences & Events can be made either by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card. You can select your preferred payment method on the online Registration Form.

Credit Card
When selecting the Credit Card payment method, you will be prompted to complete the payment online through the Online Registration Form after finalising your booking.

Bank Transfer
1. We require the full payment to be received in our bank account within 5 working days from the date of your booking. If the payment is not received within this period, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

2. Please ensure you include your Registration Number and Invoice Number on the Bank Transfer Form. Without this information, we may not be able to match your payment to your booking.

3. Kindly instruct your bank to ensure that the full and net amount, as stated on the invoice, is received in our account. All bank charges should be covered by the payee before the transfer is made.

Important: Please note that no booking will be confirmed until we receive full payment in advance, as outlined in the terms above.

Traditional Stone Houses

Traditional stone houses on the Conference campus can accommodate a limited number of participants. Each stone house is a two-level traditional apartment, featuring a double bed on the upper level and a lounge on the lower level with one or two single sofa beds. All stone houses are equipped with a kitchenette, a work area, and a TV. The rate is per house, regardless of the number of occupants. Each house also includes a private patio. There are two types of stone houses available: round and square.

Double/Single Rooms on the 3rd Floor of the Dormitories

The student dormitories in MAICh campus can accommodate participants in double rooms (some of them with bunk bed) and single rooms with private facilities (toilet/shower). All the rooms are airconditioned, have a telephone and free internet access. The price for a double with single occupancy is the same as a single room. All the rooms have a shared balcony with the adjacent room (2 rooms one balcony)

Attic/Loft Rooms on the 3rd Floor of the Dormitories

“Attic rooms” on the 3rd floor of the student dormitories building are also available. The attic is a two level room with a double mattress in the upper level and one single bed downstairs, refrigerator and private facilities (toilet and shower) in the lower level. All the lofts are air-conditioned, have a telephone, free internet access and a balcony.
